Thank you for another excellent Bellbird tour! It was great. Louis was a wonderful leader in every way and a particularly good birder. I had perfect (yes, perfect!) views of all of my targets.

Bellbird was great on the planning, adapted to unexpected changes in my itinerary, and set me up with an AWESOME guide Stephen G. After a 24 hour flight delay to Australia, Michael and the team jumped into action to help adjust my tour to maximize my time. Stephen was super awesome at his bird and great company. Together we saw 175 bird species including heaps of endemics. We also saw cool mammal like the Platypus and Lumholtz’s Tree Kangaroo.

We booked a full one day tour in the Blue Mountains with guide Greg McLachlan. I emailed Greg a list of about 40 bird species we hoped to see and Greg found 28 of them. He was extreemly knowledgeable and knew the best places to look for our targets. A great coversationalist we thoroughly enjoyed our 12 hour birding day and the 85 species in total that we spotted.

A great tour. A number of rare birds seen because of David’s experience and persistence. The landscapes were beautiful. Accommodation and meal stops well organised. Highly recommended!

The trip was great… I could not have asked for a better guide than Greg. He was not only very knowledgeable about the birds and locales, but he was also very affable, patient and made sure I saw all of the birds we located. I will certainly recommend Bellbird to any birders going to Australia.

Thanks to David Kowalick: he was well organised, communicative, helpful, patient, drove safely and was good humoured. David was able to locate and show us the, often difficult, target species, persisting where necessary, and all participants got views of all the tricky targets.

Greg is an amazing bird guide, has a vast knowledge and knew where to find all the birds, he also shows patience and is a great conversationalist.

I’m back from all 3 tours you organised for me at very short notice. Thank you a lot for all your great organisation and efforts to make it possible! I had a great time, we saw plenty of good birds.
